The "UK guys" were the management of NHSH. They came out with one fairy tale P.R. and filing after another while they were the managament of NHSH.
But in the end, since they didn't pay for that big pile of shares they handed out amongst themselves, they decide that they are free to go and pull the stunt with another fresh "shell".
Eventually they will be "damaged" by SNTL the same way they were "damaged" by QASP and NHSH.
But there will be no remorse for the damage done to their investors. Just a feeling of disdain to the people they took the money from as they retreat, once again, behind their off-shore legal shield.
