Oh please, Mineseeker rolled enthusiastically into the scam.

NHSH was a total fake set up by Mr. DiGenova (former I-Hub moderator and pumper clown commander-in-chief for QASP) and some players from Quasar's predecessor scam, EQUR.

Mineseeker never really merged with NHSH anyway. Mr. Kendrick never paid the installements due for the shares he was issued and passed around among himself and others. So that's his "out". You know what that's like? That's a lot like leasing a house, partying in it until it's completely wrecked, and then telling the landlord you're not responsible becuase you never paid the rent anyway.
