But you have not been able to post any evidence to substantiate that. If you take the time to call FINRA as I have suggested, you will find out that the daily data does not represent short positions. Certainly adding up the daily data does not show a current short position. Only the semi-monthly reports show the actual short position on the settlement date of that report.
