davidc2 - with respect,.... have seen that prototype and the high-production value video already. That was out last summer,... at the same time that the management indicated that they didn't actually have a production facility, or a production plan lined up.

They were going to take it 'slow'.

In other words,.... they didn't have a plan,... just a prototype and a snazzy video,.. and a hope that people would keep on supporting their stock.

After I figured out that they were being sued by one of their creditors (Fife) for non-payment of monies owed,... and no production plan was forthcoming,... I sold out my holdings.

I'll buy back in (if I buy back in) as soon as I see a hard & fast production partner and working schedule,... and after I hear how it is they figure out how to settle their dispute with Fife.

Until then - it is all just hype & noise.

Yes davidc2, it's true that a lot of companies are trying to develop a safe, longer lasting, quick charge time battery. Just look at the problems Boeing had with their (Japanese manufactured) batteries and their 787 Dreamliner. It's obvious to me that mphase has some very valuable intellectual property that could and should be used by these companies. If they signed an agreement with mphase, they could save themselves a lot of time and money. Apple has a lot of money and Engineers working on a solution. mphase has no money and, as drk points out, no viable plan to raise money. Manufacturing of the power jump is a great idea but, there is no money to do it. The only hope that mphase has is for some company (like Apple) with a lot of money to team up with them and make things happen. It's my hope that is what will happen but, until then, I'm just an observer.
