I believe it's because they were on the brink of lapsing per the newest 2022 annual that was just filed. I think it's something like 30 days of the date due then it goes Pink Limited. Per they're last PR though, they'll soon be filing the 2023.

That filing indicates something is happening, but it ain't necessarily good for investors...

They need to update filings w/ OTC now to get back PINK current at the very least, so folks can trade it again.
