I haven't seen them trying to fleece investors.

I haven't seen bogus research reports from them. Didn't they commission the B-D report? They spent real dollars for the report.

Didn't Bandera do the NI 43-101 Technical report for Cinco Minas?

I have seen Bandera's name on the concession titles.

Bandera has been the victim of a vicious attack by the SRGE scammers - and they seem to have taken the high road and taken the fight to the court system.

I would be interested to see what evidence you have to support your claim.

I am aware of the legal dispute, but that still does not give them ownership like they claim they have. A lien is not the same thing as ownership and at this present place in time, that is all that BGL has and has ever had, which means BGL is lying when they say they own Cinco Minas. it's pretty cut and dry with no grey area. You either own it or you don't.

As a shareholder of srge, I have resigned myself to the idea that what few shares I have left are worthless.

There is no evidence anywhere on planet earth other than on the BGL website and ihub boards that there is any more litigation for BGL vs MSJ. I have have spent many an hour searching for some evidence somewhere, but none is to be found. If there really was more litigation to be had, somewhere on the internet would at least be a snippet saying something about it, but there is not...
