Information about the Whistleblower Award Program
The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, signed into law by President Obama on July 21, 2010, authorizes the SEC to pay an award to eligible whistleblowers. You may be eligible for a monetary award if the information you submit leads to an SEC action that results in monetary sanctions exceeding $1,000,000. Well it sure as in hell won't be me doing that, there is no way I'm not going to screw it over for those shareholders that bought RAFA by potentially getting it suspended or something. I will just continue to bug the company and hope they comply someday, I'm in no hurry, this was always going to be a longterm hold for me anyway, waiting for Rafarma Russia to fulfill it's massive potential.
