Suntech announces that it didn't make payment on convertible notes due 2013
On March 15, In a regulatory filing, Suntech announced it did not make payment of amounts due under its 3.00% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2013. The Notes matured on March 15, 2013, and as of such date an aggregate principal amount of $541M of such Notes remained outstanding.
