I can't believe we r still talking about BGL!! Their last frivolous lawsuit was thrown out of Mexican Court in Aug 2011! This is now all about MSJ and Alfonso Navarro and Alejandro Garcia. It is about their shares in SRGE and how these will be moved into MSJ. I believe MSJ will go public once they have sold CM/GC to a senior miner. And i don't believe SRGE shareholders will be left in the cold here! There would be multiple lawsuits and extremely poor publicity for the powerful Mexican figures involved.
If BGL was lying about the court case the TSX would have stepped in long ago. Has anything come of the allegations made by the SRGE scam? How is that vendetta going for them? What happened to the silly money laundering allegations that Barnett made against Bandera? What about all the others lies that SRGE/Barnett/MSJ have spread? How did that all work out? The scam can continue to cling to their lies but the truth of it all is becoming clearer every day. jmo
By now it should be clear the SRGE/MSJ criminal fraud has floundered. The vendetta against Bandera Gold continues.
IF you know of the legal dispute then you would know that the Supreme Court case was about jurisdiction and had no bearing on the facts already presented in the case. Bandera Gold will continue to litigate the case and expects that the appropriate Mexican courts will ultimately ratify or uphold the judicial rulings on the matter so far, confirming Bandera’s ownership rights to the “Cinco Minas” and “Gran Cabrera” mining projects in the terms of the existing contracts. It's has been the MO of the SRGE/MSJ scam to cloud the facts and lie about the ownership of the properties. Some will not even acknowledge that the concessions are currently under suspension. To admit that would also confirm that SRGE never had possession of the concession titles and that the 'SALE' of Cinco Minas to SRGE was not legal. The PMR records show that to be the truth. SRGE was a fraud from start to finish. jmo
