I think the fact you have a conspiracy theory of Preferred Shareholders here moving their shares offshore so they can short the common stock says all I need to know.

You admit right there you lost money because some CEO in the company you bought into gave Jay King shares to sell for his services. Well he doesn't have CDFT shares for sale without filing with the SEC. Sorry you booked a ticket on the titanic.

I really do not see the issue with Jay and CDFT. Oh wait, there is not one. And I agree with everything you and JC have posted on that matter.

If I am not mistaken, is he not just a shareholder of preferred stock?? All of this hoopla is over a shareholder. He is not the CEO, COO, CFO or even on the BOD. So why do people have such an issue with him?

Oh I think I know, and he made it clear in the CC. Many are upset with him because he refused to participate in the paid promotions of companies and did not follow in line with what all of the horrible penny stock companies wanted.

I think many forget that this is the OTCQB. This is a different game. This company is an excellent company that is ran by Gary DeRoos. And I only see the future getting brighter. Glad to be here with you guys. Everything is falling in to place.
