I think the fact you have a conspiracy theory of Preferred Shareholders here moving their shares offshore so they can short the common stock says all I need to know.

Javan King will move his restricted shares to an offshore account and short the stock to death... follow back any of his previous involvement and GET OUT THE THEATRE QUICK
