I think the Form 15 was submitted by Huettel but signed by Davies. The last document I remember them signing was by Kevin Polis on the Current Information Letter.

The problem for Huettel and those Attorneys signing off - they state they communicated with Davies. With Davies being non-existent it is a huge issue.

I believe it was one of the reasons that he is on the run.

I think you are right and the SEC will revoke SRGE. Although sending them to the greys is a death sentence.

No, they didn't have to. It was only signed by "Davis" and then by "Davies".

Carrillo or Huettel may have written it, though, or at least advised on it.
