Grego, Bandera is in legal dispute over the ownership of Cinco Minas. The courts actions by not throwing out the case have given them legal standing.

Nowhere in any of the documents does it mention SRGE as the owner - SRGE is not listed on any of the concession titles.

As a shareholder of SRGE that should be your concern. The Mexican courts will adjudicate the case with the wisdom of Solomon.

As far as BGL being a fraud - your proof is that they claim they own Cinco Minas - like I said the Courts have ruled they have legal standing to dispute the concessions. Therefore they are not a fraud according to your premise.

Just because one company is a fraud, doesn't mean that BGL can't be a fraud as well...

Claiming to own Cinco Minas when one really doesn't falls into the category of FRAUD!

It must really get under the skin of the SRGE fraud perps that Bandera is not a fraud and can back up what they have told the authorities?
