I realize most are not in favor of RS, and that's fine. I just feel done once, it can be helpful. Regardless, I'm getting so tired if discussing it. Having said that, I'm still perplexed by your reference to old and new shareholders. No offense, but I don't think there is such a thing. Take a company that has 10 million shares, and trades for .10 cents a share. If they do a 10-1 RS, the company then has 1 million shares that trade at $1.00 a share. If you were a shareholder with 1000 shares in that company (trading at .10cents a share), you now have, post RS, 100 shares trading at $1.00 a share. Your "stake" is still worth 100 dollars. There is not a new or old shareholder, from my understanding of things.
