Just that once a reverse split is done, the new purchasers have the advantage over the old from my experience. In about 95% of cases, the old shareholders that get "reversed" don't fare too well. Look at what happened to MusclePharm, it's a tough road for anyone that bought over one cent to see profit, even with a successful ongoing company
