i dont really understand the business side of merging into shell companies but i would have to agree that if you merge into a public company and unknowingly the public company had previously given shares out without disclosing this it would be questionable if not illegal imo....i really dont know how it works though or if be active truthfully didnt know about it but this stock has suffered as a result
