Wow! You've contributed a great deal here today! Nice posts! I can answer this question. Every share of both companies are accounted for. There are no surprises. In fact I would go out on a limb and say since every member of both companies are of the same ethnicity and faith, it's likely they are all in this together.
The SA article I find comforting & is a testament to who Marc & Sam are and what they are capable of. I believe taking JALA this far to where they are already in supermarkets, it would be illogical to think they would cash out on a pump & dump scheme to collect a little at once in the short term, instead of using the proceeds to regain original investments, and use the rest to launch JALA big time to either flip again for incredible, if not long lasting gains.
There is a considerable amount of time, work and money, not to mention luck to take a product this far. Including but not limited to permitting, FDA approval, manufacturing, distribution & supply chains etc. So to dump JALA now in an illegal scheme put on by a group with strict religious ties?, naw,... I'm not buying it. If it does not make sense, it's not the truth.
I'm predicting the seed shareholders are just grabbing their cash and a little (or a lot) of profit off the top, then this baby will run hard & fast to reach the goals Marc & Sam have set to increase equity to be able to launch JALA nationwide. Thats what makes sense to me.
Using a promotion to get leg up on a product that's a proven success. Not risk losing everything in a illegal get rich scheme. It's not in their DNA. These guys are hard workers, not scammers. If they were scammers they would have done it before.
