I don't think there is much chance of this ceo trying to pump it up. There is however a chance that they could land a large contract and start reporting huge numbers. For me, the original reason for buying it already happened. Last q's results were outstanding for a stock trading in this range. Unfortunately there was no indication of a renewal of the contract that resulted in last q's results in the last quarterly report.
