The only way to get upward movement in penny stocks is PRs and awareness. If it ever goes to Nasdaq or amex it may be able to trade on filings alone but not down here. PRs of contracts, awareness and good financials will bring investors otherwise it will just stay an illiquid unknown stock like it is now.

this was on my watch list and i see the 10-k is going to be late but after that announcement the stock has shot up 35%?
