shareholders and monies paid by TomF while Jeff as CEO.
NHSH continued to own all Mineseeker technology when
Mike K merged MS into NHSH, and became CEO and publicly
PR'd same...
( note the You Tube videos I posted where the sound seems to ""fade""..well in the original unaltered version they Said " NHSH "".

Fast forward... " Bad Guy" Joe held all the diamonds that he bought for 10K and guess what..
As the rats scattered to avoid court action,
NHSH not only gives him the control block of NHSH which owns MS technology,in addition,
Mike K accepts over 500K of Coinless debt into his new shell Seeker Tech....

Why you ask.... MAYbe cost of staying out of court??

Ill keep it simple Mineseeker rescinded their deal with NHSH. NHSH was GOING to acquire the Mineseeker technology - however that never happened.

The Mineseeker NHSH deal was initiated but it NEVER CLOSED
