shareholders and monies paid by TomF while Jeff as CEO.
NHSH continued to own all Mineseeker technology when
Mike K merged MS into NHSH, and became CEO and publicly
PR'd same...
( note the You Tube videos I posted where the sound seems to ""fade""..well in the original unaltered version they Said " NHSH "".

Fast forward... " Bad Guy" Joe held all the diamonds that he bought for 10K and guess what..
As the rats scattered to avoid court action,
NHSH not only gives him the control block of NHSH which owns MS technology,in addition,
Mike K accepts over 500K of Coinless debt into his new shell Seeker Tech....

Why you ask.... MAYbe cost of staying out of court??
Who knows, I don't .

fast forward again.. "" Bad Guy "" Joe put the Control Block of NHSH he was given for his diamonds into QASP and BINGO..!!

QASP shareholders OWN MS technology...!!!

YES.. there will be licensing fees paid !!

YES.. QASP and ""Bad Guy"" Joe WANT Seeker Tech/SNTL to be HUGELY Successful...

I don't know "nothing" and everything I have just said is speculation and my opinion and NOTHING more...

BUT.. Then Again, I was told, probably 442.5 million times,
I didn't know "nothing" about Diamonds and Coconuts,
and that "Bad Guy" Joe has ""nothing""

Nothing except.... QASP, NHSH, 500k less debt, and EVERYTHING
else that was "safeguarded" inside the Coinless/NHSH shell including the Mineseeker name & ????..

Again... just My Humble Opinion and pure Speculation...

Great. You have made your point and we feel for your losses. Now lets get out of the past and fast forward to today and discuss reality.

Joe C knows something you don't about Seeker Tech and has a smile on his face. Don't tell me its because he's now able to sue Seeker Tech. Suing a broke company wont do any good if that was the case.

The only reason why hes happy is that he sees that Seeker Tech might actually succeed this time around and QASP and NHSH will get a licensing deal from it. That means good news for QASP and NHSH.

Explain how I am wrong about this.
