M/S image is being highly misconstrued, and was mislead to some of the agreements in which they could've backed out legally and did..

Image highly misconstrued? how? They are in my opinion scam artist all the way, proof is in the fact they have ran this SAME scam two times before, not simulare, BUT THE SAME scam

And they never legally backed out of anything! They had no out each time they ran. They feel they are above the US legal system and choose to run off claiming to be the victim each time. so either they are lying or dumb as he%$!! I vote BOTH!!

Now, we see and wait what develops as I think major developments are to suffice up... imo

Oh I believe everyone is watching to see for there are many debtors that cant wait to stake a claim in anything from MS.
