But I find it odd that a lot of the people you know are making it to be that it's all M/S fault, when that can't be further from the truth... You know it takes two to tango, and I firmly believe that M/S image is being highly misconstrued, and was mislead to some of the agreements in which they could've backed out legally and did...
Same thing happened with my guys at GTGP, the Ceo didn't like the deal as he snuffed some stinkers, and legally opted out of the deal as that was his choice...
The opposite happened here, and the private company didn't want to merge with those two other companies because some of the misrepresentations they had, or couldn't fill.
Now, we see and wait what develops as I think major developments are to suffice up... imo
