"My flimsy kerosene heater works great at an optimal mix without bending or melting..."

Is that statement meant to imply that because the heater can stand up to optimun fuel, then the fires in the Towers wouldn't affect the structural integrity of steel in the them?

Fire draws oxygen, Oxeygen heats fires. Are you familiar with how exposive a burning room can become when a door is suddenly opened?

The same thing can happen in a high rise buildings when windows blow out and elevator shafts are opened to the atmosphere. The shafts become wind tunnels.

A blacksmith can lay a piece of steel on live coals and it may take hours before it gets hot enough to hammer out a horse shoe. blow air with a bellows on the coals and the piece becomes workable very quickly.

I doubt I;m telling people on the board something they don't already know. I just applied logic to what you posted.

BTW. Tell your fireman friend to use a bellows on his flimsy kerosene heater and see if it bends or comes apart.

Does his kerosene heater have a tore open fuel tank and is it high winds; I doubt it.
