sorry phrased that wrong I guess in hindsight.......
It was one thing for me to have invested in WAMU prior to BK but since this is now a reorg'd entity I for one will sit on both hands since I am very well invested here and now. AND have no intentions of putting anything into the reorg's wamu. Sorry but thougth that would have been clearer to those that have been around me for some 4 1/2 yrs.

What good are the tax attributes if you can't or won't use them? YEAH they are as good as ZERO. You are forgetting something as well. A lot of people think we screwed the hedgies because we took a chunk of their party. They might still be waiting to pull out their A's and plow the field level with us in it... :-) It will not look pretty
