WMIH has filed some kind of Bankruptcy docs?

When is everyone e going to understand that this company we now own, WMIH, is the product of reorganization.
They are not bankrupt, they probably would not benefit from any kind of litigation from past issues, they have billions of tax advantages and no debt.
