I believe book value right now is around .70 or so and that is before the E0Y numbers. Being conservative with that revenue backlog I think we see that number before the end of the first qtr.

Agreed. I was involved in another stock that had patent rights and was involved in a long drawn out court battle. Eventually they settled for a fraction of what everyone was expecting...just enough to cover all the attorney fees, court costs, and few hundred thousand dollars. But once it ended, the share price started moving higher.

The latest 4th qtr figures reflect the wisdom of putting the executives of Hipcricket in charge.

I think we'll be above .40/share by the end of March.
