Pure mobile plays are being bought in the marketplace at 10x revenues.
Today using a 10x multiple on TTM revenues, that puts the potential buyout value at $262 million right now which would be closing in on $2 per share.
I don't think AUGT would settle for that now because the HipCricket folks are in the stock at $2ish. So they would want more.
I expect that someone will take out HipCricket. Only a matter of time IMO, assuming they stay on a strong growth path. They are an end to end solution that others (with much higher revenues) do not have and I think they are beginning to take customers away from the MMs and Veltis of the world.
The dumping of the IP litigation drain ..... is the turnaround point IMO .... and that's what's happening right now. I expect to see Velti settlement soon too.
