This actually is a U.S. company incorporated in the state of Nevada. If it were a foreign issue it would have an "F" suffix on its trading symbol as well. However, as a U.S. based OTCQB (fully reporting, fully audited) company, they do present an intriguing "lottery ticket" scenario with its global Master Franchisee revenue stream.
