I was thinking the same thing. Looks like someone really needed the money, maybe they came across something new and wanted to flip it fast and get back in here later?
Most likely someone that realized that these asshole scam artists are NEVER going to honor a share exchange and the whole thing will end up a big gobbledegook mess when the SEC halts it after numerous complaints.
