I'm curious, have you submitted your paperwork(proof of JAQ shares) to the CEO,Dave Anderson, yet..?? Those of us that have, have not received our shares either, however, that is the only way you will have even a remote chance at getting your shares, they are not going to automatically be deposited into your account.
While I agree it does not look good right now, I personally am not ready to give up on this just yet, though I think Shellking may have given up already as I have not been able to contact him in weeks. To be fair though it's been an incredibly long and stressful journey, full of many twists and turns, for the longtime JAQ shareholders, so I dont blame anyone who gave up, in fact most have already thrown in the towel and are gone.
Maybe I'm a fool for still believing there is a chance, hell maybe I'm a fool for even believing this is legit in the first place.
I'm on a business trip but I will try and make some calls next week when I get a chance and see if I can get some answers.
