Understand, there will always be those that are willing to believe anything no matter how far fetched it sounds. To think an FDA employee, or more than one, would risk jail time in violating their employee contracts to make an illegal disclosure to a random person is pure insanity.

Please, let me add a little more clarity to my thoughts...

I 100% believe that BMSN has received (or will soon receive) FDA approval of their IND application.

I have not and will not call those numbers that she provided because I don't expect to get anything that she was told although I'm not going to doubt what she was told. As for her belief that it is approved, I share her same sentiments (or at least that it will be approved soon).

Still, bottom line, what any of us thinks don't matter for what's the gospel. It matters what the company will "officially" release for news and updates. Understand, my thoughts are nothing more than wishful thinking as I have not officially confirmed anything concerning the approval. Hopefully this post adds a little more clarity as to what I believe has or will happen here with BMSN.
