I agree, but why think that Visser is waiting for LQMT customers? From the Q3 CC:

They are not precluded in their agreement for manufacturing for others.

That can explain the reason for the 4 husky Machines that VPC has. I doubt Barney is sitting around waiting for LQMT to take off... like the rest of us are.
