you missed the point.

Carl says his GKG is a naturally occurring hybrid...All the corn crops you mention are not naturally occurring and somebody bred them to be resistant to cold and therefore can patent the plant.

If corn grew a natural hybred that was resistant to cold you can't patent it because it was not manipulated by you.

So you see what I am saying ... Carl said it is a natural hybred meaning there is no trade secret to protect.

In my opinion Carl is and has been playing a branding game the the name GKG and he admits in the filings saying that the competitors might beat at their own game. In my opinion he only has the made up license and a potential trademark...LOL

If he actually had a patent on this "Naturally occuring Hybred" then why isn't he showing it like Monsanto does to protect their unaturally bred corn.

We keep getting into the same debates, the only thing that is actually proven is that Carl PR's and sells shares and has been doing it for years. The same BS year after year, Now kevin is doing it, the same track record, the same results, nothing he or they say ever seems to pan out nor is backed up by actual proof.

We saw him post a picture of at a DP plant standing in front of hay bails in a PR that made shareholders think it was bales of GKG... do you really think that was an accident.

Just look at a comment from Chang the former partner in this PR

Just think about it for a moment.

Kevin tells us he thinks GKG is the bomb, Carl has been telling us for years

Yet some how Kevin was allowed to become the companys new sugar daddy and Chang didn't make him pay to get there.. as a matter a fact he forgave Carl debt of $5+ mil just to put this baby in Carl and Kevins hands...

LOL Sounds like Chang paid Carl and Kevin to take from him...LOL

Wow and all of a sudden what happens Carl and kevin start announcing all this fluff as if they were hiding all this great potential news from Chang all along.

I think someone already showed the Carl's CA test plot was planted before the split which mean Chang already knew about that, which means he probably knew about the "potential other Deals" as well

Yet he still let Kevin have the company for free...LOL...WOW

So that was basically March Just after they talked about Kevin showing up.

Then 7 months later on 10/03/2012 , just enough time to cut seedlings from a test plot they announce this on:

USDA Approved Giant King Grass Growing in California

in the PR it says this:

The company released a photo of VIASPACE CEO Dr. Carl Kukkonen standing with Giant King Grass growing in California. The grass is 10 feet tall and will be harvested when it reaches 15-18 feet. It was already 10ft tall yet it was only on 10/9 that they said it was approved to grow in CA. So in 13 days it grew 10ft?????

So when did they plant it MMech?

How long does it take GKG to reach 10ft in California... 7 months maybe. now go back and read the first PR above which was from basically March of this year.

What do you think the chance are Carl was his own customer or maybe even Kevin...

Funny how the could discuss who the client was and how they have never followed up on it.
