you missed the point.

Carl says his GKG is a naturally occurring hybrid...All the corn crops you mention are not naturally occurring and somebody bred them to be resistant to cold and therefore can patent the plant.

If corn grew a natural hybred that was resistant to cold you can't patent it because it was not manipulated by you.

So you see what I am saying ... Carl said it is a natural hybred meaning there is no trade secret to protect.

In my opinion Carl is and has been playing a branding game the the name GKG and he admits in the filings saying that the competitors might beat at their own game. In my opinion he only has the made up license and a potential trademark...LOL

If he actually had a patent on this "Naturally occuring Hybred" then why isn't he showing it like Monsanto does to protect their unaturally bred corn.
