Reasons for not yet completing these tests range from travel and scheduling conflicts between Intertek and the company’s Technical Advisor and Product Licensor (Robert Simoneau) as well as various cancellations and delays due to availability during holiday schedules and adverse whether affecting travel safety. The most recent delay surfaced during testing at Intertek where testing was suddenly aborted due to a lack of specialized current measuring probes that are required by Mr. Simoneau’s testing protocol. The Company is presently assisting Intertek to source these probes and is hoping to reschedule as soon as possible.

Current delays to provide Independent third party (Intertek Laboratory) performance efficiency results based on testing of the latest multi-cavity microwave heating unit (MCMHU), have hindered the company by missing internal projected timelines and delaying actively seeking a manufacturer. The company attributes delays to the following: Delays in adjusting problematic component issues on the MCMHU Licensor’s limited time and additional funding requirements to complete the unit’s repair or adjustments Problems coordinating Intertek laboratory’s internal scheduling with Licensor schedule
