IO forecasts are all over the map... difficult to reconcile the volatility and the consensus sentiment changes with regularity. How does one 'factor in' these IO forecasts into one's investment strategy, if @ all?
Note IO sentiment appears to be more bullish over past day or so... also note China reports trade figures later today.
