There are times I think you should be required to pass a test to trade in these OTC scams.

There is a positive to all this.
Going by the Darwin theory, this keeps these peeps from ruining the major markets....
so all is good, but not for their portfolio.

Some will learn, and some will suffer the headgame of conspiracy.
