LoanStew: I am aware of everything you have stated and have previously posted about much of it. FWIW, I believe I was the first person to opine that if Michael Davies could be proven to be a fictional person that the SEC might be able to invalidate the Form 15 that was filed, originally by misspelled "Michael Davis" and the subsequent filing by "Michael Davies."
Also FWIW, it doesn't make much difference who first discovered the issue. Hopefully the SEC will investigate weather Davies is a real person. If it can be proven he is is an alias or fictional person, the Form 15 filed by SRGE might be able to be invalidated.
