Yes, but how many shareholders have called multiple times wanting everything from tracking numbers to wanting to know when the certs would arrive? Most of the major brokerages have stated they are doing it automatically but they are still charging a fee which will be deducted from your account.

But it takes about 2 mins to say "I want my cmkx shares to be mailed to me via usps in cert form".How many questions could there possibly be when ordering certs.

Go to the "Task Force" site and check out all the problems they've been having with people who can't follow simple directions.
