Typically I appreciate your posts to highlight the positives. I agree with apprenante on this one. Yungblood is not impressive at this point. The contract announcement was a big "?" for me. It even made me worry that a pr was used on this company.

I often wonder if this board really makes any major influences in how the shares move, or protect the shares at its resistance. It probably does a minimal effect or else we would be at .50-$1 by now.

I imagine people with twitter, who have a tremendous amount of followers, would make more of an influence.

I use this board to continue my findings DD and seeing what many of us who think NTEK is a viable company that is worth .50 are thinking about specific PR and other potentials are.

Lets not overhype the stock. At this point we are over promising and the shares FEEL like its underperforming.

Lets get real here. It's a company that has no profit generating yet. We're still in the infant stages.

There is not a Samsung partnership or dialogue anywhere. It's a LONG stock and not a get rich quick. We doubled in value in merely a month...(well overnight to be exact) so we have some time to catch up and hold.

Be patient NTEKers. The time will come when non share holders will be kicking themselves at not getting in at .02.

In fact we need to demand more from the company as shareholders. REDUCE the # if Shares!! Get a partner or start creating a plan to reduce the # of shares by 50-60%.

Get a better website too while you're at it. For a nanotech company the website looks very archaic and sketchy.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't they acquire youngblood ? Not saying that really explains anything as acquiring a company that looks that bad is not in my belief a smart move. Point is though that they are probably (hopefully) in the process of doing a major overhaul for all their websites/divisions.

imho I feel like they need a more unified front. Something like

NTEK_Gaming
NTEK_Media
NTEK_etc.

Put it all under one umbrella and get a serious website that doesn't make me think this is a silly company.

Disclosure: I am long on NTEK

I can see your perspective, however, I know SEVERAL successful people who have a very weak internet presence. (I'm a Web Builder so I see this stuff all the time). I also know Steve Wozniak started out in a garage and there were people who laughed him out of a room during that time period (and I know for sure he didn't have a website).

Also, I have 3 College Degrees and I can tell you that they aren't worth the wall space in my office. They mean nothing and I believe the school system in general is over-rated. We live in a new age where people can get a better education watching educational video tutorials from home in their underwear. It's this exact idea that will change the way we learn and watch TV. It's clear to me that the cable system is broken. Everything will be app based in time. NTEK seems to be on that cutting edge with the app development, gaming, and streaming. There are too many dots to connect that keep me here.

Because I have a computer background, I understand the enormous time that goes into development. I know things don't happen overnight, so I'm long and patient. I'm happy that I found NTEK when they are coming out of the development stage and in the process launching apps and outsourcing products. Development is tedious and getting the right team together is a talent in its own right.

As an Investor, I have to weigh to the DD versus the speculation. In this case, I feel NTEK has more upside and as they exit the development stage they will have more tangibles. I'm invested for the tangibles and the potential. I'm not expecting to get rich quick, I expect the PR's to get better and for the 1st quarter to look better than the 4th quarter. The hype, the charts, the optimism are all great....BUT, what screams louder to me is the acquisition of Alan D. Stone and LX. That in combination with the streaming, licensing, and rolling out of products paints the picture clear.

I have this theory that these old school classic games will be re-invented to include 2d/3d simulation and there is a newly acquired reputable solid team on board will make sure these products get distributed and streamed to the consumer in many platforms.

These are my opinions....

Why? Because he has legit programs &
was the first to develop:

"Games 4 Roku"
"WebCam 4 Roku"
"StockWatch TV" (again for Roku)

& with NTEK technology, the programming can move
from SmartTV, to Phone, to any handheld (Droid, iPhone, etc)
as in iPad, tablets, nVidia shield SEAMLESSLY ETC..
& be 3D content-enabled!!

ALSO, because I have e-mailed Kevin Roos & he has
confirmed his NTEK relationship, what he is doing
for them, the fact that it benefits BOTH PARTIES
& according to him NTEK has been VERY PROFESSIONAL
& he is looking forward to DEVELOPING more products
to exploit NTEK's business.

Lastly, interesting person to choose to do DD upon.

Why not have a look at Mr. Alan D. Stone
