The few shares of CMKX that I have are in my MyTrack account and I have no intention of asking for certs. Because of this, I was surprised that I got this e-mail from My Track today. They never did this when SRCI was revoked.
I guess they must be going crazy with people calling them for certs?

In pursuant to the recent announcement by CMKM Diamonds Inc. regarding the outstanding shares of the company, the following is the procedure for requesting that a physical stock certificate be sent to you for this company's shares currently held in your account.
· A signed request noting the account #(signed by all account holders, Joint & Entity Accounts generally require 2 signers), needs to be faxed to
718-923-3139 or mailed to 691 Fulton St. Brooklyn NY 11217.
· For IRA Accounts, please print of the IRA Distribution Form from our website & complete accordingly.
· Please note that in order to ensure that the request is processed at the agent by the
deadline of December 31,2005, we will need to receive the request for stock certificates
by December 1st 2005.
· Please do not send the request before $50 is available in the account to cover the processing fee.
Requests received on accounts in which the funds are not available to cover the $50 fees will not be
honored.
· The quickest way to fund the account is via wire.
If you fund via check or an Echeck, it takes 10 business days until the funds can be disbursed,
thereby delaying the submission of the request by 10 days.
