ANDI Revenue and Net Profit History

2008 Revenue 1,429,860 Net Profit -432,156
2009 Revenue 1,219,124 Net Profit -365,641
2010 Revenue 1,431,971 Net Profit -30,700
2011 Revenue 1,796,470 Net Profit -183,195
2012 Revenue 1,127,390 Net Profit -89,346

Now those include failed business ventures that were Divested, so if we take a closer look at the App business we get these numbers.

Q3 ending 4/30/12
Total revenues $137,288.
Net Profit 15,911

Q4 Ending 7/31/12
Total Revenue $70,456
Net Profit 1,500

Q1 Ending 10/31/12
Total Revenue of $62,908
Net profit -24,001

The App business is not only declining but now costing the company money.

The Matrix is not something that might work, it is something the MUST work if the next report for ANDI shows another decline in revenue and Net Profit.

Company Cash at beginning of last reported Quarter $102,844
Cash at the end of last reported Quarter $33,288

The company is running out of money, that is why I want a SS update to see how the company is operating financially.

5 months of no SS update and trending decline in revenue, net profit, and Cash tells me ANDI is hiding something.

But the facts are there for people to draw their own conclusions.

So I agree it is not written in stone that ANDI revenue is going to decline on this next report, but it is the reported trend for the last year. Being the most popular time period for Apps, I would say ANDI MUST reverse the trend.

Matrix Fails or Matrix Development cost to much money = Common Share Holder is going to find not only their percentage ownership decrease via dilution, but could also find there value of shares decrease because of a PPS decrease.

My point is everything that ANDI has done since Dustin has been CEO is decrease Revenue by Millions and Increase the OS by almost a Billion. But the CEO issued himself millions of dollars worth of Preferred A and B shares that are Anit-Dilutive to reverse splits so there is no risk to him because he received them for free via Dividend for common shares that he acquired by taking his OWN company public. He also divested the same company but did not return the value to the common share holders that burdened the cost. Time to start holding people accountable.

If everything fails then guess what? Company can Reverse Split and try a new project. Guess who still holds their millions of dollars worth of Preferred Shares? The CEO Dustin.....
