My Texon shares are gone and my Sundance share count is up. Didn't think merger was official yet but Interactive Brokers has already combined them. No sign of any Talon shares yet.
TPD.ax -.016 to A$.082 Talon is the spinoff from the Texon/Sundance Energy merger. I got 2 shares of Talon for every 5 shares of Texon I held at the merger date plus I got my Sundance shares back. Talon has $7million in cash so the current market cap is around the same amount. You get the acreage and any upside from drilling for free. Will hold to see how they do in initial drill results during the rest of 2013.
