The note could have been converted, being as SRGE is non-reporting...who knows.
Who is Novamex, and why don't you think they would have gotten paid ?

Everybody seems to be in the same casa anyway.

The only way to "take the assets back" is to purchase them.

Sure. And they can "purchase" them with anything the parties agree on.

You're still making the mistake of believing you're dealing with a real company.

Hmmm BB2, it seems that Novamex exists only in SRGE press releases and annual report. Kind of odd. But it is cute thet you use them in a argument like they are a real company.

I guess you just overlook small details like SRGE is always conducting business with companies that only exist in the minds of the SRGE creative writing team.

Oh, how about all of the financing SRGE recieved for the new processing plant. Well, BB2 we have even more non-exisitent companies. From the creative mind of Alex Smid we have: Quixstone Investments, Inc. and Duvernoi Capital Investments Inc. The good thing is that since they are fake they won't be required to make any payments.

It seems the only two times SRGE has named real companies in their press releases - well let's just say it didn't work out too well. Did you know that SRGE had obtained $5 miilion in financing from Magna - the odd part is that Magna didn't know about it.

But, as a savvy investor I guess you just overlook small details like companies that don't exist are always involved with SRGE in some way.

Hey BB2, did you ever find the SRGE corporate office in Dallas? Please post the deatils as I have some reporter friends that need the information LMAO!!!!

the fact that monies due to Novamex is in a form of a promissory note, not a secured promissory note

Where can one find a copy of that note that says it was not secured? They would have had an original agreement when the exchange for shares that took place and than another note was given when they "bought back" shares from Novamex and most were reissued to Rockridge for payment on their debt.

Since all the shares were not purchased from Novamex - whatever agreement they had originally would still apply - as well as what was on those other notes. So you actually think Novamex took a unsecured promissory note in exchange for millions and millions of shares? really? I don't think so. Not a chance in he11!

MOMO and his buddies in Mexico plan to have all the loyal longs come along for another ride - otherwise if they left you all high and dry they couldn't run the scam here on IHUB for awhile.
