That is how I understand it works. They are reported until they settle. Not sure why you replied to me though. I believe we have lost the money we invested in CMKX. @$500.00 I lost.
However, NSCC provides a list daily of all issues that have fails in excess of 10,000 shares to the markets and the SEC. I am not able to verify the fail totals for CMKX you cited, but assuming they are accurate, you would be correct in assuming that most of the fails in that issue were cured by 4/29, since NSCC would continue to report the same fails each day until they are resolved.
