Rachelise...I don´t think other TPM manufacturers want a competitor like Infineon to develop a TPM software for their TPMs.

i don't think it's a case of anyone giving permission
to anyone else.....ST Micro & Atmel chose NTRU's TSS
& Wave's CSP not Infineon's TSS & CSP....end of imo.
