If he and his group have done something wrong/illegal against TMMI,and they feel they need to take legal action as with any company you can expect this would happen very quickly and swiftly. There fractal solution is in no way associated with the MPEG LA consortium since it is not H264/H265 based. MPEG LA needs to worry about us if what we TMMI have is able to do everything it is supposed to do.
That makes absolutely no sense at all. If this were a "Pump and Dump" Why would they care? Something tells me that you are concerned about the well being of Dimension Inc. that has made a patent based on TMMI's proprietary code.
