Who cares about Panik!! If he and his group have done something wrong/illegal against TMMI,and they feel they need to take legal action as with any company you can expect this would happen very quickly and swiftly. Not a Pump and Dump.Why do you keep throwing that typical stock lingo crap out there. This is 2013 not 2000 This i would assume just be a way to put the entire past to rest as they move forward. There fractal solution is in no way associated with the MPEG LA consortium since it is not H264/H265 based. MPEG LA needs to worry about us if what we TMMI have is able to do everything it is supposed to do.
