That was written on 8/22/2012. You still have time and this earnings call may get us there but please tell me where your enthusiasm is coming from.
We started on this board about the same time and you have been level headed. Not saying your not anymore but if or what you know is your private mystery let the rest of us in on it. We all want to retire in Fla. It will only raise your property values.

I agree..things seem to be coming on fast. Many dots to connect. So much more than just a few months ago. And now this VERY early announcement along with the PPS going up nicely as the volume increases....Hope Springs Eternal.
